IAC passages

I used a jigsaw first to cut out of the divider/IAC and then used a grinder with a carbide bit to get the openings to the final size, and smooth out the IAC passage. After that I covered the IAC hole with a piece of tin from a coke can, and JBwelded it in.

I also used tin from a coke can to block off the EGR.

Even after the extenisve front intake porting for the monoblade, you can still run ANY TB with out any problems. I ran a 58mm with this intake for awhile.

I cleaned up the runners with a cartridge roll, and that is about all for porting.

If you get a monoblade, I highly reccomend you check it out if you have idle problems.  I found that the plastic piece that the throttle cable/cruise cable attached to was moving a little seperatly from the metal tab that controls how open the blades are open at idle which causes idle stability problems.  I drill a hole through the plastic into the metal piece, and ran a self tapping screw into the two pieces to secure them.
